Day 1
In the morning, departure to Bécancour. Once there, the adventure begins at the Centre de la Biodiversité du Québec. Animators await you for a workshop to discover and raise awareness of the existence and conservation of biological species in Quebec. Learn how sustainable development can help our planet and its inhabitants with biodiversity. Next, head to Odanak at the Musée des Abénakis, the first Aboriginal museum institution in Quebec. The various exhibitions and the educational activities with an Aboriginal theme will allow you to discover all the magnificence of the Abenaki culture. Then, make a final stop for the day at the Nicolet Museum of World Cultures. This modest museum, which is the only museum of its kind in North America, hides incomparable wealth within its walls. Discover the collection of objects which number more than 130,000 and browse the various exhibitions which highlight the foundations of the great religious traditions of the world. Installation at the hotel in the evening. Meal included: dinner.
Day 2
After breakfast and baggage preparation, move to Drummondville. Wake up your muscles and take on the aerial hebertism course at Arbre-en-Arbre Drummondville. Fun and laughter will be waiting for you! Then, once the trail is over, what could be better than a trip to the past before leaving the region? This is what the Village Québécois d’Antan promises you for your afternoon activity. It is in an enchanting setting from the 1810s to 1930s that the entertainers and actors will give you a unique show. Let history come to life under your eyes. Take the road back to your school at the end of the day. Meals included: Breakfast and lunch.
