Day 1

Departure in the morning and en route to Charlevoix. Start your day with a guided visit to the Domaine de la Vallée du Bras where Omerto is produced, the very first aperitif tomato wine to be sold on the world market. Continue the taste adventure with an ultra-sensory guided tour at Azulee, where organic culinary lavender grows. Learn more about these beautiful edible flowers, as well as other herbs. Free time for lunch in the magnificent town of Baie Saint-Paul. In the afternoon, enjoy a complete tour of the facilities with a local guide who will present you the history of Laiterie Charlevoix. After learning about cheese making, a little treat awaits you at the Chocolaterie Cynthia where you will be welcomed with a demonstration by the chef chocolatier and a tasting. End your day with a guided tour of the Moulin Seigneurial des Éboulements, dating from 1790 and still having its original mechanism acquired by the Canadian Heritage of Quebec. On the road back home, a stop is planned for dinner.
